FAQs

Plant maintenance is an affordable investment—often costing less than buying the office lunch. Pricing varies by market, with minimum monthly rates typically starting at $125–$150, which includes regular service visits and a full plant warranty.

For more extensive plant maintenance, the mid-range cost is $300–$500 per month. Factors that may increase service rates include plant rentals, seasonal rotations, specialty installations (such as living walls), and regional labor and plant costs.

Planterra’s Limited Warranty ensures that if a covered plant becomes unhealthy or dies during your maintenance contract, we will replace it at no additional cost. However, the warranty does not cover issues beyond our control—such as damage caused by building heating failures in winter—as outlined in Planterra’s Terms and Conditions.

Most locations receive weekly or bi-weekly service, depending on plant varieties, environmental conditions, and contract type. In some cases, bi-weekly accounts may receive weekly service during training periods or after a new installation to ensure plant health.

If you’re concerned about the condition of your plants, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
