Philodendron Xanadu

Xanadu is the name of the summer capital of Kublai Khan’s Yuan empire, and the word has been used in literature as a metaphor for opulence and luxury. Pablo Picasso incorporated Philodendron leaves into his sculpture Woman in the Garden, which resembles juvenile Xanadu leaves stretching for light.
