- Mums in massed groupings make a bold color statement.
- Seasonally available in a diversity of colors, including, white, yellow, orange, red, and purple. Varieties known as daisy mums feature yellow centers.
- Florist grade mums are grown specifically for interiors in sterilized soil. Mums grown for the exterior are not acclimated for the indoors and can introduce pests into an interior environment.
